Amanda Jane Wellness

A public website plus an operating system for a one-person wellness practice, built so client records, session bookings, and content can all live in one place instead of a notebook, a calendar, and an inbox.

The brief

Amanda runs her wellness practice solo. Before the platform, coordinating each session meant juggling a calendar app, paper notes, email threads with clients, and a separate space for any written content or guidance she wanted to share. The friction wasn't dramatic, but it was constant, and constant friction is what quietly costs a one-person practice its evenings.

The brief was deliberately small: a clean public website that brings new people in, and an operating system the practice can run from, with as little ceremony as possible.

What we built

Public website
Booking flow
Client records
Content management

Visitors land on the website, read about the work, and book. Bookings populate the client record automatically. Session notes and any written content Amanda wants to publish live in the same dashboard. One sign-in, one source of truth.

What it includes

Where we are now

This is an in-progress engagement. The platform is built and live; the practice is in the early phase of transitioning fully onto it. Until that transition is complete, we're keeping the metrics off this page rather than pre-claim outcomes that haven't fully landed.

A fuller case study, with Amanda's own words and the numbers that matter to her, will follow once she's been running on the OS for a few months. That's the right time to write it.

One-person businesses need the same operational backbone bigger ones have. Just simpler, quieter, and shaped around how you actually work.
