Performance Interpreting was founded by Marie Edwards. It is a BSL interpretation agency providing communication access for the Deaf community, at festivals, football matches, theatre, live music, conferences, and workplaces, across the UK and Ireland.
The Events App sits on top of a booking platform we are building for the agency, what we call PI OS. The interpreter database, the booking lifecycle, the staff portal, and the integrations live there. Parts of it are running in production today. Other parts are still being built.
We will write about PI OS properly when it is finished. For now, the app is the thing that is in customers' hands and earning its keep.
